Meet Our Pastors

Rob & Annabeth Wilton ::

Lead Pastor of Preaching & Vision

Rob, Annabeth & Bolt WiltonRob has a desire to lead and facilitate people toward a personal and growing relationship in Jesus Christ. He was born and raised in New Orleans, but spent his high school and college years in South Carolina. While in college, Rob played college basketball and served as the Collegiate Minister @ FBC Spartanburg, where his father Dr. Don Wilton is pastor. After graduating from NGU in South Carolina, Rob and his wife (Annabeth) moved to New Orleans to begin the MDiv at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and he also worked as a Special Projects Representative with Upward. Although Hurricane Katrina temporarily removed them from New Orleans, they returned with their brother Greg as they began Ignite Mission. This ministry facilitated their speaking events and launched a prayer and worship movement in New Orleans among young adults. As Ignite Mission began Rob served as the Camp Pastor and Director of the Mission Lab program at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. At this position, he has spoken to thousands of youth, college, adult, and senior groups from around the country as they come for the great mission of the physical and spiritual rebirth of New Orleans. While Rob served as the Camp Pastor of Mission Lab, God called his family to plant a church in New Orleans. In January of 2008, Vintage Church was launched in Uptown. He loves serving as the Lead Pastor of Preaching and Vision.

Rob is married to Annabeth and they have a one-year old boy named Bolt. He enjoys exploring New Orleans with his family, playing basketball and golf, reading, traveling, and watching the New Orleans Saints while eating gumbo.

Andrew & Amy Ogea ::

Pastor of Worship Leadership and Discipleship

Andrew & Amy OgeaAndrew Ogea is passionate about making, leading, and sending fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. His devotion to this mission is a result of the complete change that Jesus made in his own life several years ago. Since then, God has been equipping him in the areas of worship leadership and discipleship to help encourage and strengthen the church. He began his ministry at First Baptist Church of Covington, La where he led worship and helped develop praise teams in the student ministry. Two years later, he had the opportunity to lead a similar ministry for the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at Southeastern Louisiana University. Currently, he continues his studies at the New Orleans Baptist Seminary where he pursues a Master of Divinity. In 2002, he joined a church planting team and helped launch Northshore Church in Slidell, LA. After six years, a devastating hurricane, and over a dozen worship locations, the church is still growing and reaching the northshore for Christ. In fact, one of many people led to the Lord through the church later became the best thing that ever happened to Andrew. In May of 2006, he married the beautiful Amy Meyer of Slidell, LA. She is a recent graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Elementary Education. She not only has a passion for children’s ministry, but also loves teaching and mentoring young ladies. Together, they continue to be involved in various ministries in the Greater New Orleans area, and are pursuing God’s calling to minister to the people of Uptown, New Orleans through Vintage Church.

In 2006, five of the greatest men on earth joined Andrew to share the love of God through music. The Andrew Ogea Band has partnered with Ignite Mission and lead worship for events like HIMnI (a monthly young adult worship gathering), Out of Range (an annual prayer conference), and MissionLab (a youth missions camp). They also travel around the U.S. proclaiming the wonderful message of Jesus Christ.
