Plans for Vintage Church

• PRAY

• Disciple & Train Core Team on Wednesday Nights

• It is our hope to train a core team that will serve as our leaders of our various church ministries. We will focus primarily on assessing and equipping leaders for our LIFE Groups that will launch in the fall. On Wednesday Nights we are teaching through the books of I & II Timothy in a series called “ADVICE.”

• Launch Vintage Initiatives

• Vintage Prayer – Prayer Ministry

• We believe that we are completely useless without the power of the Holy Spirit. We are going to actively encourage our church to pray individually and corporately in their home, at our church, and in the community.

• Vintage Mission – Service and Mission Ministry

• Once a month, our church will unite for a day of mission in the Uptown area. This will serve as our launching pad for future hands and feet service to our community.

• Vintage Adopt – Community and Evangelism Ministry

• Each member will be encouraged to becoming a local at one of the area restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. They will be required to spend a consistent amount of time each week with the purpose of getting to know the locals, employees, and owners of each spot. It is our hope for each member to first share with people about Christ, and then secondly to invite them into our fellowship.

• Vintage Support – Provision for our Community and Church

• As we prepare for our official church launch in the fall, we will begin to develop our strategy for raising financial and physical support to reach the needs of our community and church.
